1. Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.

3. International Shipping

• We ship worldwide! However, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country.
• Customers are responsible for any additional customs charges.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

• If your order is delayed or missing, please check your tracking details and contact the shipping carrier first.
• If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll assist with a resolution.

6. Address Errors & Returns to Sender

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
• We are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.
