Returns & Refunds
✅ Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
✅ Refunds & Exchanges:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no cost.

Change of Mind: We accept returns for unused products, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed.

Non-Returnable Items: Personalized/customized products and used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
✅ Refund Processing:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
How to Request a Return:
